Thanks to a $12,000 grant from PetSmart Charities, we graciously have been able to offer FREE dog spay and neuter surgeries to Fresno city residents who reside in the 93702 and 93706 zip codes. These two zip codes have the highest stray population within Fresno, so we are hoping to prevent further overpopulation! Spaces have filled up quickly, but there are a few left!
