CCSPCA PRIVATE REHOMING ASSISTANCE
Making the decision to rehome your pet is never easy. We understand life happens, issues arise, and living situations change — which is why we’re here to make the rehoming process an easy and loving one. When your circumstances change, rehoming is the mature, loving, and humane way to take care of your pet. The CCSPCA pet rehoming process is complimentary service to pet owners and keeps vital information private while getting your furry friend into a new forever home.
HOW PET REHOMING WORKS WITH CCSPCA
The animals featured on this page are being rehomed by pet owners in the Central Valley. These animals are not in the care of CCSPCA, so all arrangements to meet/adopt must be made between potential adopters and the pet owner. Note: Central California SPCA is not responsible for the pets on this page. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating with pet owners, especially when acquiring veterinary records and/or other necessary information.

- Description/Contact Information: This dog is a stray that we took in due to the harsh weather nowadays. We took him to the vet to get some shots and neutered as well. He is a 2 year old chihuahua mix that lives in a mellow household, yet he is not mellow during the day. He loves walks and going through people's' legs. He is good with dogs as long as someone is there to prompt him. He is a little hesitant with people he has not met yet but is a huge licker and cuddler once he knows you. We are only able to and want to keep him right now due to the weather. He has not bitten anyone in the last 10 days. He loves dog beds and blankets. They are his go to spots. He is sort of house trained. His territorial days mellowed after the neuter.
