CCSPCA Offers Subsidized Spays & Neuters for Cats and Dogs with “Fixin’ Fresno” Program

Fresno area residents who live in areas of high stray cat/dog populations are now eligible for low-cost cat and dog spays/neuters. Routine surgeries for dogs will cost $25; cats will cost $15.

Program Details:

  • Dogs and cats must be between four months and five-years-old
  • Fresno residents can fill out applications at the CCSPCA Hospital between 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • This offer is available until 300 cat and 300 dog surgeries are completed

Residents who live in the following zip codes eligible for the program: 93701, 93702, 93703, 93704, 93705, 93706, 93722, 93726, 93727, and 93728.

The California Department of Food and Agriculture awarded $330,000 for 11 projects aimed at helping stop pet overpopulation through spay/neuter services provided by municipalities and non-profit organizations in California.
