Effective July 1, 2022, Central California SPCA is no longer providing Animal Control/Leash Law services within the City of Fresno.

We can no longer accept stray animals. They must be taken to Fresno Animal Center, located at 5277 Airways Blvd., Fresno, CA 93727.  All phone calls regarding animals at-large must be directed to (559) 600-7387.

We will continue to accept owner surrenders.*

Our doors will always remain open and we will not turn your pets away!
